By identifying and addressing the unacknowledged emotions that form the barrier to that clarity, I work with you to untangle the complexity and confusion, and establish a positive and simply defined way forward that works for you. Through a series of conversations with you, I discern patterns of thought and behaviour that have become entrenched and yet are clearly counterproductive to what you want to achieve. By playing these back to you, we can then work through any underlying emotions which may be influencing these patterns to find new ways to approach old problems. More.
I’ve learned the hard way that ignoring the effects of our unconscious mind on our thinking and relationships can be disastrous. The emotions buried there, when unlocked by stress, can negatively influence the decisions we make and our behaviours towards others, especially with authority figures.
