Unlocking your unconscious.

How I do it:

Freud and Jung showed the world that a part of our mind is unconscious, autonomous and influences our daily reactions and relationships with others. But much has moved on from those early days - contemporary psychodynamic techniques have now been informed by over a century of practice and research. However, the essence remains that our unconscious can hide valuable emotions from our conscious awareness, and these can be accessed with the help of a skilled practitioner.

It's these hidden emotions and reactions that I help you to unlock and understand, so you can see how they work against you and what you want to achieve. By talking through the various thoughts, actions and behaviours that you experience in your working life, I can raise potential red flags over patterns and decisions that are most likely being influenced by your unacknowledged emotions, and then explore the reasons those emotions might be there in the first place. Because by understanding yourself better, you can be your better self.
