Despite the recent change in attitudes towards mental health – and greater awareness of the stumbling blocks that can occur if you don’t take care of it as you would your physical health – people are often still nervous about ‘therapy’. Some do recognise lack of clarity, anxiety and so on, but others just know something is wrong. They just don’t feel ‘right’ mentally.

But whatever your understanding of your own mental health, I can help – and it starts with a simple conversation. It’s a chance for you to explain how you’re feeling, even if you don’t understand those feelings, and to see how we could potentially move forward together to resolve them over time.
